Posterous gets it
I was having a problem today with my Posterous account so like anyone would do I posted my problem on my Posterous site. Within less than an hour I had someone from Posterous comment on my post to try to help me. Posterous gets it. They get custmer service and they get social media. They have a great product. Even if i wasnt a huge fan I would use them even more because of their customer service. We can all learn from companies like Posterous. Great online customer service is an important part of social media. Be nice and helpful, and it will pay off. Thanks for being a great example to others.
