Where do you get the most comments?
Odds are most of you have your Twitter and Facebook linked together. I did for a while and then decided to unlink them for several reasons.
Anyways, I noticed even when I had them linked I would get way more comments on Facebook than on Twitter. I have been trying to figure out why. I think what it comes down to, is that on Facebook is where my friends are that I have met face to face or have known for a really long time. The majority of my twitter followers or people I'm following are people I like to listen to, but I have probably not met face to face. I would love to meet all my followers face to face, but his could be difficult. What it comes down to is that people I have met in person are more likely to comment on my posts or status updates, than people I haven't met. I also feel like the people I don't know who comment understand social media and how to leverage it better than others. Does this make any sense at all? Where do most of your comments come from? People you know or don't? Facebook or Twitter?
